GPs working in the Central Adelaide (CALHN region): Invitation to GP/ Hospital Consultants Round Table Workshop

Thank you to those who responded to our doodle poll to assist in selecting this rescheduled workshop date.

Following on from the Adelaide PHN GP Round Table Workshops where GPs have prioritised improving the relationship between acute and primary care, Adelaide PHN and CALHN invite you to a GP/Hospital Consultants Round Table Workshop, facilitated by Enzyme.

Using Enzyme methodology, this workshop aims to:

• Facilitate meaningful engagement between specialists and GPs
• Identify issues and opportunities to facilitate improved communication and patient care
• Identify ongoing forums to discuss clinical issues
• Prioritise areas for action to improve the relationship between acute and primary care
